About
Turning the Paige Collective
I’m Paige Fraser-Hoffman—a Broadway performer, educator, and advocate with more than 20 years of professional experience. I’ve built a career dancing at the highest levels while living with scoliosis, and I know firsthand what it means to push through barriers and discover possibility in movement.
From 2011–2013, I was one of 12 dancers in Ailey II. In 2013 I became a founding member of Visceral Dance Chicago, where I danced for six years (2013-2019). While living in Chicago I appeared as a guest artist with Deeply Rooted Dance Theater. My honors include the Princess Grace Award (2016) and Dance Magazine’s “Top 25 to Watch” (2017). I have appeared in commercial projects with Beyoncé and Chanel Iman, and an international campaigns for INTEL - “Experience Amazing” which aired during the Superbowl. In addition, I have been featured in ESPN Latin America, ELLE Magazine, and ESSENCE magazine.
I made my musical theatre debut in West Side Story at the Lyric Opera of Chicago (2019 & 2024). I toured with The Lion King 2019-2021, and joined the Broadway cast in 2021, where I am currently part of the dance ensemble.
From 2017-2025 I served as Chief Artistic Officer and Program Director of Dance for The Paige Fraser Foundation - which offered free arts and wellness programs for the NYC community. In 2024, I earned my MA in Arts Management from the University of Denver.
I founded Turning the Paige Collective (TPC) to create what I didn’t see enough of in the arts: a space where all dancers—those with scoliosis, with other disabilities, and without disabilities—can train, heal, perform, and be together. At TPC, professional training and wellness aren’t reserved for a select few; they’re accessible, inclusive, and community-centered.
Paige’s Story
“One thing I’ve learned throughout my life is how to pivot. At 13, I was diagnosed with scoliosis and had to refocus my energy and commitment toward my dream of becoming a professional dancer. Later, I faced countless auditions that didn’t go my way, yet each ‘no’ reminded me that when one door closes, another one opens. Every setback pushed me to trust my hard work, my talent, and the belief that I would arrive where I was meant to be.
I named my business Turning the Paige because that’s what my journey has required—resilience, redirection, and the courage to keep moving forward. I want everyone who trains or collaborates with me to understand the power of pivoting, trusting the process, and turning the page into their next chapter.”

Our Mission
“Creating a dance and wellness space where all
bodies can access professional dance training.”
TPC is a dance and wellness collective where all bodies—able and disabled—can access professional training, healing practices, and artistic collaboration. Together, we transform scoliosis care and dance into a shared space of growth.
Community Impact
Through partnerships with schools, museums, and organizations, we bring high-quality programming to underrepresented communities in New York City and beyond. From the Bronx to Broadway to virtual classrooms around the world, TPC is building a movement—one spine, one dancer, one story at a time.
